Chief Apostle Willie S. Jenkins is a divinely appointed apostolic leader, visionary shepherd, and Kingdom builder, raised up by God for such a time as this. From his earliest years, while worshiping under the leadership of his grandfather, the late Pastor Harden Macon, the unmistakable hand of God rested upon his life. Even as a child, a holy stirring formed within him a burden for souls and a passion for God’s presence.

Called to preach the Gospel in 2000 and ordained in 2004, Chief Apostle Jenkins has faithfully carried the mantle of his spiritual lineage, honoring the legacy of the late Pastor Harden Macon. His ministry reflects both inheritance and impartation rooted in faith, strengthened by wisdom, and propelled by divine vision.

In 2005, under the direction of the Holy Spirit, he founded True Revelation Ministries, Inc. in Poulan, Georgia, establishing ground where the Spirit of God could move freely. The church flourished as lives were transformed, families restored, and souls brought into salvation.
In September 2015, the Lord expanded the vision through the establishment of Word of Truth & Revelation Church, Inc. in Albany, Georgia a church committed to preaching the uncompromised Word of God. On November 19, 2016, God elevated him to the sacred office of Chief Apostle and Bishop in the Kingdom of God.

In May 2017, under divine direction and apostolic mandate, God led Chief Apostle Willie S. Jenkins to establish The Bible-Based Fellowship Association. The Lord imparted to him a clear and prophetic vision to birth a fellowship of churches firmly rooted in unity, love, and sound doctrine, committed to building the Kingdom of God and equipping leaders through strategic training in every area of ministry.

What began as a humble gathering of four spiritual leaders quickly expanded by the hand of God to more than twenty churches within a few short months. As the vision unfolded, the apostolic grace upon Chief Apostle Jenkins began to reach beyond local borders, extending its impact globally to churches in Africa, England, India, and other nations.

Through divine prompting and continued revelation, the Lord directed a name change to reflect the growing international assignment: The International Bible-Based Fellowship Organization & Association, Inc. This name embodies both the scope and the spiritual responsibility entrusted to the organization.

The Organization has faithfully provided Bibles to churches abroad in their native languages, strengthened and mentored spiritual leaders worldwide, and served as a spiritual covering to
many. Under the unction of the Holy Spirit, Chief Apostle Jenkins has consecrated men and women into their respective offices and functions within the five-fold ministry, as the Lord has ordained.

With unwavering dedication, he continues to impart what God has poured into him for the edification, alignment, and advancement of the Body of Christ. Today, the Organization remains steadfast in its apostolic charge reaching hearts, transforming minds, and winning souls for Jesus Christ, all for the glory of God and the expansion of His Kingdom.

Chief Apostle Jenkins serves as a Pastor of Pastors, offering apostolic covering, spiritual counsel, and Kingdom strategy to clergy, civic leaders, entrepreneurs, and organizations. He stands as a watchman on the wall, equipping the saints and building a generational bridge carrying the mantle of those who came before him while preparing sons and daughters for the future.
Academically equipped with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Troy University, he ministers to the whole person’s spirit, soul, and body.

An anointed musician and songwriter for over 30 years, he has ushered countless congregations into the presence of God. As an entrepreneur, advocate, and community leader, he serves faithfully in both sacred and civic arenas.
